Mancan Staffing is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative – Cape Coral, FL
Mancan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support a client in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scheduling, and answering phones
• Manage moderate inbound call volume, including handling multiple lines, transferring calls, and making outbound calls to obtain necessary information
• Utilize proprietary software systems to track, update, and manage tasks
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on assignments to ensure timely completion
• Assist supervisors and team members with various administrative and operational tasks as needed

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with emphasis on:
Outlook (email and scheduling)
Excel (daily tracking using live and standard spreadsheets)
Word (document creation and editing)

Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to remain composed and effective in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
• Adaptable and personable, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, including trades workers, custodial staff, and office personnel
• Willingness to learn and understand basic facility management concepts

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
• Primarily office-based with occasional interaction in garage/workshop areas
• Sedentary role with intermittent standing or walking
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds as needed
• Extended periods of computer use and visual concentration

Additional Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and apply problem-solving skills
