Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team at an air heater seal manufacturing company. This role involves assisting with production, operating basic tools, and supporting shop operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to work overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general shop and production tasks
• Operate hand tools such as grinders and other small equipment
• Perform cleaning, painting, and basic material preparation
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Support fabrication and assembly processes as needed
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

Requirements:
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
