Mancan Cuyahoga Falls is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Streetsboro to hire a dependable Manufacturing Associate for their 2nd shift team.
1st shift 6:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr
Job Duties Include:
• Occasionally loading trucks using a tow motor
• Operating a pulverizing machine to grind resin pellets into powder (training provided)
• Dry blending powder by adding pigment and mixing materials (training provided)
• Monitoring equipment and performing basic adjustments as needed
• Assisting with minor machine repairs and general production tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
• Ability to read and understand English
• Valid driver’s license with 2 points or less (required to operate the tow motor)
• Tow motor (forklift) experience or license preferred
• Mechanical aptitude; minor machine repair experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
