🕒 Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
💲 Pay: $21.47/hour
Mancan is partnering with a local rubber manufacturing company to hire Injection Mold Operators for 1st shift! If you’re looking for steady hours and a hands-on manufacturing role, this could be a great fit.
🛠️ Job Duties:
✔️ Operate and monitor injection molding machines
✔️ Inspect parts to ensure quality standards
✔️ Trim, package, and prepare products
✔️ Maintain steady production flow
✔️ Follow safety guidelines
✔️ Keep work area clean and organized
✅ Requirements:
🔹 Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
🔹 Comfortable in warm, industrial environments
🔹 Ability to stand for long periods
🔹 Attention to detail
🔹 Manufacturing experience is a plus (not required!)
