Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $19–$23/hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring a Test Technician to work with precision equipment and “old school” machines—and you’ll receive direct, one-on-one training from a seasoned employee before they retire. This is a great opportunity to learn from the best and step into a critical role.
What You’ll Do:
* Set up and operate conventional and NC machine tools
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
* Machine parts to precise tolerances using lathes, mills, grinders, and more
* Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
* Design or modify tooling and fixtures for specialized jobs
* Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineering/production teams
* Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of machining or manufacturing experience
* Strong knowledge of machine tools, setups, and precision measurement
* Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math (fractions, tolerances, etc.)
* Experience with lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses
* Attention to detail and ability to hold tight tolerances
* Basic computer skills (CAM experience is a plus)
* Trade school or technical certification preferred (not required)

Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand, walk, and use hands throughout the shift
