Mancan Staffing has partnered with a thriving company in Stow, OH that is looking to add a Service Manager to their team.
This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability and growth.
Pay: Competitive and based on experience (open to negotiation)
Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
Position Summary:
The Service Manager will oversee daily service operations, manage technicians, and ensure customers receive timely and high-quality support. This role is ideal for someone who is both hands-on and organized, with the ability to lead a team and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in diesel mechanics, heavy equipment repair, or similar field. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. Forklift experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
Ability to lift, move, and organize materials in a warehouse environment.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
