We’re looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude who are eager to learn a new skill. No prior experience needed—just a willingness to jump in and get hands-on. Keep in mind, this can be a messy role due to inks, so wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
Schedule:
Start: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Potential transition (after training): 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
Schedule changes are typically discussed within the first few weeks
As you gain experience, you’ll have the opportunity to advance into a Screen Press Unloader role, which may come with increased pay based on performance and business needs.
What you’ll do:
Catch and stack printed shirts as they come off the dryer
Inspect items for quality
Organize and stack products neatly by size
