Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Weekends Off

🏗️ About the Role
You’ll be working with an established company specializing in foundation repair and steel piling installation. This role is physically demanding and best suited for someone who enjoys hands-on work and doesn’t mind getting dirty while learning valuable construction skills.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment
Dig trenches and level dirt, sand, or gravel
Mix and pour concrete as needed
Safely operate hand tools and power tools
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Drive company work trucks when required
Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently
💪 What We’re Looking For
Previous construction, concrete, foundation repair, or similar labor experience preferred
Strong hands-on labor experience will be considered in place of direct industry experience
Valid driver’s license required
Must be able to pass background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening (OHP)
Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly throughout the workday
Reliable transportation to and from the shop daily
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
