Job Summary
As a Laborer, you will work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, assisting with foundation repair and construction tasks. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, good customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and supplies
• Dig trenches and level dirt, sand, or gravel
• Mix and pour concrete as needed
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Drive company work trucks when required
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications
• Previous experience in construction, foundation repair, concrete work, or related field preferred
• Will consider candidates with strong hands-on labor experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen (through OHP)
• Must be able to lift 50–60 lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop daily
