General Laborer

1st Shift Production Associate-Geneva, Oh
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join a well-established manufacturing team.
Job Duties:
• Trim parts using specialized equipment
• Drill holes and perform die cutting
• Inspect parts using calipers and measuring tape
• Stack, count, and package finished products
• Prepare shipments (taping boxes, banding skids, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Schedule & Work Environment:
• Start time: 7:00 AM
• Breaks: 15-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon, plus a 30-minute lunch
• End time: 3:30 PM
• Clean, team-oriented manufacturing setting
Qualifications:
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, tape measure) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
