### Key Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and program HAAS CNC lathes and machining centers
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
* Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for efficient production
* Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials
* Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards
* Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances
* Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

### Qualifications & Skills
* **Required:** Experience with HAAS CNC lathes and machining centers
* **Programming Experience:** Ability to write and modify CNC programs (G-code knowledge preferred)
* Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
* Ability to read precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
* Blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Dependable with solid attendance

* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
* Manual dexterity for machine setup and adjustments
