Location: Weirton, WV
Duration: 2 Weeks (Temporary Assignment)
Pay Rate: $13.00/hour
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (could be Day or Afternoon shifts)
Job Overview:
Mancan Staffing is in partnership with a company seeking motivated and reliable individuals for a short-term opportunity as an Outbound Call Representative in Weirton, WV. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls on behalf of political campaigns, following a provided script to communicate key messages and gather responses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to targeted individuals
• Deliver scripted messaging clearly and professionally
• Accurately record responses and feedback from call recipients
• Maintain a respectful and courteous tone at all times
• Follow all guidelines and instructions provided by supervisors
• Meet daily call and performance expectations
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and follow a script consistently
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable engaging with a variety of individuals over the phone
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
