Distribution Clerk – 1st Shift

Mancan is partnering with a Wickliffe company to hire a Distribution Clerk for 1st shift. This is a great opportunity with a well-established manufacturer of pavement maintenance products looking for a motivated, hands-on team member.
Pay:
$18.00 – $20.00/hour
Plus holiday pay, health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life), and seasonal bonus
* Monday–Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
* Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Job Duties:
* Open and close distribution store
* Handle counter sales and operate POS system
* Take phone orders and assist customers/vendors
* Pick and prepare orders for distribution
* Assemble asphalt tools and hardware
* Maintain records, file receipts, and perform cycle counts
* Stock, organize, and clean work areas
* Operate forklift to load customer orders
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
* Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Previous sales/cash register experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout shift
* Forklift experience or willingness to learn
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Must pass pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana) and background check
