Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Twinsburg who is looking for an experienced Saw Operator. This position is 1st shift 7am-3pm Monday-Friday and the pay will be based on experience.
A Plate Saw / Cut-Off Saw Operator is responsible for accurately cutting metal plates, bars, or structural materials to specified dimensions using industrial saw equipment. This role involves reading and interpreting work orders or blueprints, setting up and adjusting saw machinery, and ensuring precise measurements and cuts while maintaining quality standards. The operator is also responsible for routine equipment maintenance, monitoring blade condition, and following all safety procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to operate measuring tools are essential for success in this position.
