Massillon Mancan is assisting a company in Massillon with a Full-Time Production Associate. The Hours are slightly flexible 8am-4:30p. Monday-Friday. Pay rate is $17/hr
Summary:
Seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates for a fast-paced production role involving assembly, inspection, and material handling. Must be safety-focused and able to meet daily production goals.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor equipment and ensure proper operation
• Inspect products for quality and defects
• Assemble materials and follow work instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills (measurements, percentages, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, move, and bend throughout shift
• Lift up to 70 lbs as needed
Work Environment:
• Manufacturing setting with moderate noise
• Exposure to machinery, dust, and varying conditions
