Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Position Overview:
Youngstown Company is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team, specializing in sound equipment. This role involves general warehousing duties, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Additionally, you’ll help refurbish returned products to prepare them for resale, ensuring they meet quality standards. This is a temp to hire position
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and prepare sound equipment orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Process returns, inspect and refurbish products as needed, and prepare them for resale
• Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring a clean and orderly workspace
• Track inventory levels and report discrepancies
• Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
Requirements:
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided
• Basic knowledge of sound equipment is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Must have reliable transportation
