Production Operator

Painesville company looking for production operators on 1st shift. This company is a manufacturer, supplier, and converter of custom fabricating materials and components for the orthopedic market.
The position runs Monday - Thursday from 6am until 4:30pm and starts at $16/hr. and up based on experience. There will be possible regularly scheduled/mandatory overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed.
Departments for production could be:
Lam spray
Insole assembly
Converting operator
Requirements include:
• Warehouse / Production experience preferred but not necessary (Company will train)
• Machine Operator history preferred but not required
• Requires good hand / eye coordination
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Dependability and adaptability are key characteristics
• Must be able to work with a team and alone
• Pre-screening interview\testing is required
Candidates must fit well into existing team and may sometimes be required to lift occasional6y over 50 pounds. There is no special dress code, just dress for the environment (warehouse may be cold in winter, hot in summer). May be cross-trained and asked to cover other areas down the road. Past shipping experience would be helpful, attention to detail is a must.
