FABRICATOR
Pay Rate: $19.30/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:15am–2:45pm and Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm (overtime currently available; if O/T ends, Saturdays are rare.)
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various production machines, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring product quality and consistency. This position requires strong hand-eye coordination, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a variety of machines including presses, perforators, sheeters, mills, slitters, and extruders.
• Load materials and maintain steady machine operation.
• Record labor and inventory in the MES system.
• Follow ISO documentation and work orders accurately.
• Inspect product quality and perform basic assembly tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and computer entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs. frequently.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment; most areas are air-conditioned
