An established agency is seeking a motivated, people-focused individual to join their team as an Entry-Level Insurance Agent. Prior experience or licensing is helpful but not required—we will train the right person who is ready to learn and grow.

📋 What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and communication
Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy details
Evaluate client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the entire client experience
Assist with generating leads through referrals, networking, and outreach
Process applications, manage policy documentation, and update client records
Use Microsoft Office 365 and internal systems for daily workflow
Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations

Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office 365
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
