Mancan Staffing – Marietta is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for an Entry-Level Insurance Agent position with an established insurance agency!
This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in the insurance industry with paid training, professional development, and room for growth. No prior insurance experience or license is required — we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with insurance questions and coverage options
Build and maintain positive client relationships
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Process applications, update records, and maintain accurate documentation
Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and internal systems
Learn insurance products, procedures, and industry practices
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with customers and building relationships
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365
Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
Previous customer service, sales, or office experience is a plus
