Housekeeper

Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a Manufacturing Housekeeper to perform basic housekeeping duties in a manufacturing environment. This role involves maintaining buildings in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Work is completed under close supervision with limited independent decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Clean and restock restrooms and break rooms
• Follow proper procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Some housekeeping experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to organize tasks and complete work efficiently
• Ability to follow both oral and written instructions
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements
• Eye protection in designated areas
• Hearing protection in designated areas
• Non-slip shoes
