**Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Temporary)**
A local insurance company in Alliance is seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative for a temporary position through the end of the year. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge looking for steady weekday hours.
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** $13.50/hour
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts and policies
* Process payments accurately and securely over the phone
* Enter and update customer information in the system
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
**Qualifications:**
* Basic computer skills (data entry, navigating systems, etc.)
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
