Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We’re on the hunt for a reliable, skilled Property Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential community running smoothly and looking its best!
đź’˛ Pay: $20/hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything in top shape—from tackling repairs and prepping apartments for new residents to making sure common areas stay clean, safe, and welcoming. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit for you.
You’ll work with a supportive team that values a people-first approach, where your effort truly makes a difference in residents’ daily lives. Plus, you’ll get the chance to use a variety of skills—from basic repairs and troubleshooting to general upkeep and maintenance.
