Looking to get your foot in the door with a hands-on manufacturing role? We’re hiring a **reliable, detail-oriented RFID Press Helper** to support press operations and keep production running smoothly!
### 💼 **What You’ll Do**
As a Press Helper, you’ll work side-by-side with the Press Operator to ensure efficient production labels and tags.
🔹 Load and unload material rolls and RFID inlays
🔹 Assist with roll splicing and web preparation
🔹 Support press setup and changeovers to reduce downtime
🔹 Monitor press performance and report issues quickly
🔹 Remove, label, and stage finished products
🔹 Assist with waste removal and maintain a clean workspace
🔹 Help identify defects and support quality inspections
### 🎯 **Quality & Production Focus**
🔹 Verify materials match job specs before use
🔹 Assist in checking print quality and accuracy
🔹 Support RFID verification processes
🔹 Maintain organization and follow all procedures
### 🔧 **Equipment & Support**
🔹 Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning
🔹 Help prep tooling, dies, and materials for upcoming jobs
🔹 Report any equipment issues immediately
### ✅ **What We’re Looking For**
✔ Manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
✔ Team player with great communication skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
💡 **Bonus Experience (Not Required):**
* Flexographic printing
* Web handling / die cutting
* RFID technology (UHF/NFC)
* Barcode verification
