Mancan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas in a fast-paced hotel setting. This role is essential to ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for all guests. Shifts start at 9am, and are not over until all rooms are clean and all tasks given by the supervisor are completed. Hours may vary from Part-time to Full-time depending on the number of rooms requiring service. Facility operates 24/7; workdays may fall on any day of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items
• Clean assigned common areas as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
• Complete rooms efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability
