Mancan Staffing is now hiring Housekeepers!
This opportunity is with a fantastic hotel located in New Albany. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with overtime opportunities available.
This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality and timely cleanliness of all assigned guest rooms and public/common areas.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until rooms are finished)
Weekends are required.
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules and holidays based on business needs.

Pay Rate:
$15.00/hour (Temp-to-Hire)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of hotel guest rooms and public/common areas according to standards set by the Housekeeping Manager and General Manager.
Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures.
Assist guests with questions and reasonable requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Keep storage areas and housekeeping carts well-stocked, clean, and organized.
Perform laundry duties as needed.
Review daily inventory of supplies to ensure assignments are completed efficiently.
Greet and acknowledge guests with a friendly attitude.
Pick up litter in hallways, common areas, and exterior spaces as needed.
Perform quality cleaning within required timeframes to meet hotel standards.
Clean hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, trash removal, changing linens, kitchenettes (if applicable), and maintaining lobby/common areas.
Ensure proper placement of guest amenities, displays, and informational materials.
Review daily room status with supervisors, including arrivals and departures.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Housekeeping Manager.
Properly log, track, and secure lost and found items.
Assist team members as needed before the end of each shift.
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
