Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a General Laborer for Party Rentals and Event Setup. In this role, you will assist with setting up party rentals, chairs, and event equipment for a variety of events.

Responsibilities:
• Load and unload party rental equipment, including chairs, tables, tents, and decorations
• Set up and arrange rental items according to event layouts and client preferences
• Assist with assembly and disassembly of tents, stages, and event structures
• Organize furniture and décor to match event themes and specifications
• Work closely with team members to complete setups efficiently
• Ensure equipment is clean, well-maintained, and presentable
• Collaborate with event coordinators on last-minute adjustments
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment

Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic

Work Schedule & Compensation:
• Temporary position (2–3 weeks)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until job is complete)
• Opportunity for additional work throughout the season for strong performers
• Pay: $14.00 per hour
