Massillon Mancan is assisting a Dalton company that is looking for an Office & Inventory Coordinator. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This position will be trained to support a variety of office, logistics, and inventory-related tasks.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Scheduling trucks and coordinating shipments
• Monitoring inventory and orders, and assisting with scheduling pickups once orders are complete
• Communicating with customers via phone and email
• Working with trucking brokers and drivers to coordinate logistics
• Learning and eventually operating an inventory/shipping system (training provided)
This role will grow over time as additional responsibilities are introduced. Candidates should be organized, comfortable communicating with others, and willing to learn new systems.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Pay: Starting at $16/hour
