Mancan Temporary Employment Staffing Agency is seeking dependable Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in the Medina area. 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday Optional OT on Fridays (not mandatory) $15.98/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate machinery efficiently; Maintain inventory and ensure proper upkeep of work area
; Perform daily maintenance on equipment and workspace
; Read and follow spec sheets and batch tickets;
Follow all safety and quality standards
; Ensure product quality (correct labels, secured caps, etc.);
Stage materials for upcoming production runs
; Keep work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working in a chemical manufacturing environment;
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, push, and pull as needed
; Capable of repetitive physical tasks; Ability to stand for extended periods;
Willing to work in varying or extreme temperatures.
Qualifications:
Strong hand-eye coordination
Ability to read, write, and understand English
; Comfortable following detailed instructions and specifications
; Manufacturing experience is a plus
