Chardon Mancan is partnering with a local company looking for motivated individuals to join their Assembly Department 🔧⚙️
If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined, and ready to be part of a strong team—this opportunity is for you! 🔩
🕒 Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT available!)
💰 Pay: $16–$20/hr (based on experience)
✨ What You’ll Do:
• Help meet production & manufacturing goals 📈
• Maintain quality standards (QMS) ✅
• Assist with general shop upkeep 🧹
• Manage your workstation, tools & paperwork 🛠️
• Work closely with team members & leadership 🤝
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• High School Diploma or Trade School 🎓
• CNC training (a plus!) 🧑🏭
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience
• Independent worker with strong teamwork skills 💪
• Mechanically inclined candidates preferred 🔧
💡 Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Mazak, Haas, DMG Mori, or Doosan machines
• Knowledge of ISO processes
• Familiarity with calipers & gauges 📏
