We’re looking for mechanics who show up ready, solve problems fast, and take pride in keeping equipment running.
What You’ll Do
• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment on-site with minimal downtime
• Handle breakdowns in the field—fast, efficient, and done right the first time
• Work on excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, rollers, and haul trucks
• Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and powertrains
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to keep fleets job-ready
• Communicate clearly with operations to keep projects moving
What You Bring
• 3+ years of real-world heavy equipment mechanic experience (construction/heavy civil preferred)
• Strong diagnostic skills—you can figure it out, not guess at it
• Solid understanding of diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license
• Welding/fabrication skills = a big plus
