Mancan Staffing is assisting a busy Mogadore company who is seeking a Screw Polisher to join the company!
Pay Rate: $18 or more, BOE
Someone entry level could work their way up to $30/hr within 5 years
Hours: 7:30a/8:00a – 4:30p/5:00pm, working 40-45 hours a week
RESPONSIBILITES
• OD grind, straighten, root grind, and final polish (color buff) screw.
• Evaluate feed screws for rework. Describe work scope and submit to estimating.
• Inspect finished workpieces for defects, inconsistencies, and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to read blueprints
• High attention to detail
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in polishing and grinding
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and life and move materials
• Basic math skills
• Punctual consistent attendance
• High school diploma or eq. completion of vocational training preferred
