Mancan Staffing is assisting a leading adhesive manufacturing company in Kent that is looking to hire a full-time Coater Operator for their 2nd shift team!
3rd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Pay: BOE $19-21/hr plus a 10% shift differential.
They also offer a $1 attendance bonus for each week there are no call offs, coming in late or leaving early.
Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and monitor coating equipment/machines
• Ensure proper application of adhesive materials to substrates
• Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
• Previous machine or production experience preferred, printing experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
