Job Title: Mill Operator – Rubber Processing (1st Shift) Location: Johnstown, Ohio Shift: 1st Shift – Mon-Thurs 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM | Fri 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Pay Rate: $16.50/hour – Temp to Hire Mancan Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a growing team in Johnstown, Ohio as a Mill Operator. This position is responsible for breaking down, cutting, and preparing raw rubber materials used in the manufacturing process. Job Responsibilities Operate mill machinery and equipment used to process raw rubber materials Break down, cut, and prepare rubber according to production specifications Monitor material quality and ensure products meet company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and production guidelines Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred but not required Ability to safely operate machinery and use cutting tools/equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Requirements Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Why Work With Mancan?
