Shift Breakdown
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Outdoor Setup
• Unload and set up tables, tents, signage, and materials
• Lift and move heavy items as needed
• Secure materials appropriately for outdoor conditions
• Arrange registration/check-in area
• Follow layout and direction as instructed
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Event Support
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist attendees with sign-in
• Answer basic questions and provide direction
• Monitor and maintain organization of outdoor setup
• Keep trash areas tidy throughout the event
• Support any additional needs as directed
4:00 PM – Approximately 5:00 PM | Breakdown & Cleanup
• Pack up materials and equipment
• Lift and load items as needed
• Break down outdoor setup
• Collect all trash and remove liners
• Take all trash to the designated dumpster
• Ensure all supplies are accounted for
• Leave the area clean and organized
