Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Streetsboro who is filling a 2nd shift position for a Roll Coater. Shift times are Mon-Fri 4pm-4am with possible Fridays off depending on production completion and the starting pay rate is $19.00 with $2 shift premium per hour.
Duties Include: Coating Steel Sheets, verification of viscosity, color changes of lining, loading pallets of steel, preventative maintenance, moving 5-gallon pails of paint, moving drums of paint.
Skills Include: Ability to read & comprehend simple instructions, ability to write effectively. Ability to mathematical complete equations of units of measurement; ratios, percents, and interpret bar graphs. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables; instructions in written, oral, diagram and schedule format.
MUST be able to lift 50lb continuously.
MUST have a clean criminal background check and able to pass a drug test.
MUST have Diploma/ GED
MUST have atleast 3years experience in manufacturing.
Coating or Press Operating is a plus (not automoblie coating or painting)
