Job Title: General Laborer – Light Manufacturing
Location: Fabrication & Precision Manufacturing Facility
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00-3:30 Mon-Friday
Pay Rate: $15–$18/hour (Based on Experience)
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers for a light manufacturing position within a fabrication and precision manufacturing facility. This is a 1st shift opportunity offering competitive pay based on experience. Candidates with previous manufacturing experience and familiarity with hand tools are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Support fabrication and assembly processes
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools is a plus
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
