**Available Shifts:** 1st 7a-3p, 2nd 3p-11p, and 3rd Shift 11p-7a
**Pay Rate** $23.65 plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Material Handlers to support daily warehouse and production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for safely moving, storing, tracking, and preparing materials and products while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Load and unload materials, products, and shipments while completing required documentation.
* Prepare and stage deliveries for shipping and transportation.
* Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility.
* Pick, pack, label, store, and retrieve inventory accurately and efficiently.
* Perform internal material transfers and repackaging as needed.
* Maintain accurate inventory tracking and product movement using company systems.
* Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
* Follow all company safety procedures and properly utilize required PPE at all times.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
Required
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Minimum of 1 year of material handling experience.
* Valid driver license with no more than 2 points currently and no DUI's in 7 years
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
* Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
* Good attention to detail and visual accuracy.
* Ability to lift and move materials as required throughout the shift.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Preferred
* Previous logistics or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems.
* Prior experience operating powered industrial equipment.
