We are currently seeking dependable and experienced MIG Welders for a growing manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and production standards in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and welding equipment safely
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and production deadlines
• Assist with fabrication and general production duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required
