Maintenance Technician

Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Cleveland who is looking for a Maintenance Technician. This is a 1st shift position and the starting pay is $22 an hour.
The Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving all production equipment, facility systems, and support equipment throughout the plant. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, supporting production schedules, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring reliable operation of metal finishing, painting, blasting, and material handling equipment.
Must have the following Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with industrial coating, painting, or chemical processing equipment preferred.
• Basic understanding of: Electrical troubleshooting, Pneumatics and hydraulics, Motors and controls, Welding and fabrication, Plumbing and piping systems
• Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
