## 3rd Shift Blast Operator / Machine Operator
**Location:** Minerva, OH
**Shift:** Sunday Night – Friday Morning | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
**Pay:** $15.00 per hour
**40 hrs a week**
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for **3rd Shift Blast Operator / Machine Operator** positions in Minerva. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on manufacturing experience while working in a fast-paced production environment.
### Job Duties
* Perform light machine operation and blast operation duties
* Follow safety procedures and production instructions
* Monitor machines and ensure products meet quality standards
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals
### Requirements
* Must be reliable and able to follow directions
* Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
* Must wear steel toe work boots and safety glasses
* Ability to stand, lift, and work in a production environment throughout the shift
