Mancan Staffing is currently seeking Machine Operators for 1st shift opportunities in Chardon, OH!
This is a fast-paced and team-oriented manufacturing facility where employee success and teamwork are highly valued. Candidates with previous machine shop or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply; however, the company is willing to train dependable and motivated individuals looking to grow within the company.
Job Duties Include:
* Operating multiple Acme machines
* Using micrometers and precision measuring tools
* Monitoring production quality
* Assisting with general machine shop operations
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Position Details:
* 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
* Pay ranges from $16–$22/hour based on experience
* Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
