Chardon Mancan is partnering with a growing manufacturing facility in Wickliffe in search of a talented and motivated Design & Manufacturing Engineer! If you have experience with engineering design, CNC operations, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing processes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! 🔧📐
✨ Responsibilities Include:
✅ Create & update shop drawings
✅ Maintain accurate BOMs and routers
✅ Work with the sales team to price custom parts 💰
✅ Assist with CNC cutting table operations
✅ Troubleshoot drawing/file cutting issues 🛠️
✅ Collaborate daily with supervisors & production teams
✅ Improve shop processes & ergonomics 📈
✅ Emergency machine maintenance support
✅ Coordinate with external tech support & maintenance teams
✅ Assist with safety inspections & corrective actions ⚠️
✅ Design new tooling
✅ Research & develop new products 🚀
✅ Evaluate new machinery & manufacturing methods
✅ Perform preventative maintenance
✅ Assist with inventory counts & adjustments
✅ Support additional projects as needed
🎯 Ideal Candidate Will Have:
✔️ Strong design and manufacturing experience
✔️ CNC knowledge and troubleshooting skills
✔️ Mechanical aptitude
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
