Mancan has teamed up with a company in the Akron/Fairlawn area who is seeking an Office Assistant to join the team.
The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The rate of pay is $19.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Clerk Duties
• Prepare, review, and process USMCA Certificates of Origin and related trade compliance documentation.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and brokers to collect required trade documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems for USMCA records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Receptionist Duties
• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls; take and relay accurate messages as needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Schedule and coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and appointments as requested.
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
