*General Laborer – 1st Shift
*Location: Fairview, PA
*Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
*Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Mancan is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Fairview, PA that is seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer for 1st shift. This position will primarily focus on masking and sanding parts. Parts are lightweight, but attention to detail is very important, especially during the masking process. This role will involve sitting for extended periods while masking parts.
The selected candidate may also have the opportunity to assist in other departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
* Perform masking and sanding of parts with accuracy and attention to detail
* Follow work instructions and quality standards
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Assist in other departments as assigned
* Work independently or as part of a team
Qualifications:
* Willingness to learn new skills and tasks
* Ability to follow instructions carefully
* Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
* Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
* Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
