Are you an experienced CNC professional looking to lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? 💪🛠️ Mancan is seeking a CNC Lead Operator to join a growing team in Willoughby! If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive both independently and as part of a team — we want to hear from you! 👏
💲 Pay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience & skill level)
🕖 Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
⏰ Overtime Available

🔧 Responsibilities Include:
✅ Assist in meeting manufacturing and production goals
✅ Ensure all quality standards and QMS requirements are met
✅ Set up job orders and complete first piece inspections
✅ Maintain shop cleanliness and follow procedures
✅ Manage shop floor operations and equipment per production schedules
✅ Maintain organized workstations, measuring tools, and paperwork
✅ Collaborate with team leads and management to achieve production goals
🎓 Qualifications:
✔️ High School Diploma or Trade School Education
✔️ CNC-specific training
✔️ 2–5 years of manufacturing experience
⭐ Preferred Skills:
🔹 Experience with Mazak, Haas, DMG Mori, or Doosan machines
🔹 Familiarity with ISO processes
🔹 Experience using calipers, gages, and measuring tools
🔹 Strong mechanical aptitude
