**1st Shift – General Laborer / Floater – Alliance**
**Pay: Based on Experience**
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Floater for a 1st shift opportunity in Alliance. This position is ideal for someone who is versatile, mechanically inclined, and willing to assist in multiple departments as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machines, grinding, deburring, assembly work, and completing other production-related tasks. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive work and standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
### Job Duties:
* Assembly and general production work
* Operate various machines and equipment
* Grinding and deburring parts
* Use common hand tools safely and efficiently
* Read and accurately use a tape measure
* Assist in different departments as needed
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
### Skills & Requirements:
* Proficient with common hand tools
* Ability to accurately read a tape measure
* Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
* Must be able to stand for long periods
* Strong attention to detail and reliability
* Willingness to float between departments and support production needs
* Manufacturing experience preferred
