1st Shift Assembly & Packaging Position – Alliance
Now hiring for a 1st shift temp-to-hire position in Alliance. We are seeking dependable candidates for a fast-paced production environment assembling plastic pallets and packaging products using screw guns and hand tools. Constant heavy lifting all day!
Shift Options:
Monday–Friday
7:00AM–3:00PM or 9:00AM–5:00PM
Job Duties:
* Assemble plastic pallets and related products
* Use screw guns and hand tools safely and efficiently
* Package finished products for shipment
* Perform constant lifting, bending, standing, and movement throughout the shift
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all safety and production guidelines
Requirements:
* Must be dependable and have good attendance
* Ability to lift, bend, and stay active throughout the shift
* Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
* Resume required
* Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.
