Job Description
Seeking energetic, reliable, and professional bartenders/bar staff to join our team for the 2026 season. Our full-service bar operates daily from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM and serves guests in a fast-paced, family-friendly waterpark environment. Team members will prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean and organized bar area, provide excellent customer service, and ensure all alcohol service is conducted safely and responsibly.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with all Ohio alcohol laws
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Work collaboratively with management and fellow staff members
• Maintain professionalism in a busy, high-energy environment
Hours
• Bar is open Monday through Sunday
• Operating hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekend and holiday availability is required
• Flexible scheduling available based on availability and business needs
Requirements
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Must maintain a professional and positive attitude
