Will be working 5-day work weeks. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. Closed weekend. Paid Holidays and vacation offered after 1 year. Pay is $14.00/HR based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and replacements, filter replacements, and lubrication of essential components.
-Tire Services: Inspect tires for wear and damage, mount and balance tires, and perform tire rotations as per manufacturer guidelines.
-Battery Services: Check and test vehicle batteries, perform battery replacements, and ensure proper disposal of used batteries following environmental regulations.
-Brake Services: Assist in brake inspections, replace brake pads, resurface rotors, and ensure proper brake fluid levels and functionality.
-Basic Repairs: Assist in basic automotive repairs, including replacing belts, hoses, spark plugs, and other small components.
-Vehicle Inspections: Assist in inspecting vehicles for potential issues, safety concerns, and identify areas that require further attention or repair.
-Parts Management: Assist in ordering and receiving automotive parts and supplies needed for maintenance and repairs.
-Workshop Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and functioning.
-Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with vehicles, tools, and equipment.
-Learning and Development: Actively participate in training programs to expand knowledge and skills in automotive maintenance and repair.
-Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing basic information about services and addressing customer inquiries.
