Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekends Off | Paid Holidays & Vacation After 1 Year

Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a General Service Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a mechanical mindset, and is interested in building a career in the automotive industry.
We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Whether you have previous shop experience or are looking to start your career, this position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop valuable automotive skills.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and lubrication services
Mount, balance, rotate, and inspect tires while following safety and manufacturer guidelines
Test, replace, and properly handle vehicle batteries
Assist with brake inspections, brake pad replacements, rotor services, and brake fluid checks
Perform basic automotive repairs such as replacing belts, hoses, spark plugs, and other components
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety concerns
Assist with parts ordering, receiving, stocking, and organization
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service area
Properly use and care for automotive tools and equipment
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and team members
Participate in training opportunities to expand automotive knowledge and skills
🛠️ What We’re Looking For:
Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
Basic knowledge of hand tools and automotive equipment preferred, but not required
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and performing physical tasks
Positive attitude with a desire to grow within the automotive field
