Mancan is partnering with a Newbury-area facility seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant for a temporary assignment. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and advanced Microsoft Office experience.

Hours:7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with a 30 minute lunch break
Pay: $15-$20 based on experience

The successful candidate will support daily operations by managing communications, gathering information from various sources, coordinating administrative tasks, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
* Gather, organize, and communicate information from multiple sources
* Provide administrative support to management and staff
* Create, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars as needed
* Maintain organized records and filing systems
* Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
* Communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and other contacts

Qualifications:
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
* Strong research and information-gathering skills
* Professional demeanor with excellent people skills
* Previous administrative or executive assistant experience preferred
