Mancan Staffing – Marietta is currently seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join a growing company specializing in business security solutions and printer technology services!
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys meeting with customers, building relationships, and helping businesses find solutions that improve efficiency and security. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and ready to grow a territory while earning additional commission based on performance.
📈 Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and presenting customized security and technology solutions to businesses throughout an assigned territory.
🔑 Responsibilities:
• Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Meet with customers to identify needs and recommend solutions
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing
• Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and support
• Stay knowledgeable on products, services, and industry trends
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records
• Travel locally to meet with current and potential clients
🧰 Qualifications:
• Previous outside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business
• Goal-oriented with a desire to exceed sales expectations
• Ability to learn and explain technology-based solutions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
